Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body butter.
However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@lucieresolve.com. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit to use on a future order — we do not issue refunds.
